Seeing as you have all the campaigns, you can adapt the shock build to be more PvE friendly. I think it goes something like:
[Eviscerate][Body Blow][Executioner's Strike][Disrupting Chop]["You Move Like A Dwarf"][Flail][Lion's Comfort][Resurrection Signet]
Drop the rez sig and/or LC if you don't need them.

Eviscerate stinks in PvE IMO. Things die too fast for it to come to full realisation of its potential. [Dismember] [Triple Chop] [Body Blow] [Executioner's Strike] is sufficient for most things provided you know how to use the walls and corners to clump the mobs together. Also FGJ for some extra spamming of your adrenal attacks.

I still use Eviscerate in PvE quite a lot, at least I know things are gonna die. Remember that when only hitting one foe Triple Chop is just Power Attack with 10 second recharge.

Eviscerate is awesome but not for clearing mobs. Dismember + Cleave is better for sustained DPS. I guess Whirling Axe is decent too but there are blocks in PvE and mashing it every two hits is an awful lot of mashing. You definitly want to use Enraging Charge in any warrior build to power up Flail and start killing shit.

If you want to speed up killing 'shit', then you're better off dropping EC for FGJ. It'll take 1 more hit to charge Flail (omg +1.33 second), but Cleave will charge twice as fast, thus more spamming.

FGJ is nice but it's not always recharged when you need it. EC is ready to go every time you start a mob and powers up your whole bar.
@ Leprechaun, why is three stances fail in PvE? Being stuck in flail sucks if a mob disperses or you want to move on to the next fast, only reason rush is in there. Dismember, Cleave and Agonizing is all you need to kill monsters and they all charge up fast so your not wasting big adrenal attacks (Eviscerate, Executioners, Body Blow) when you don't even need them.

3 stances belong on PvP hammer bars.
You don't need to use Rush. It helps the time better, but you don't need it to get to other mobs.

As Flail can be run at low strength you only have high strength for Rush and Enraging Charge, take them both out and then you can run low strength and invest in tactics for "watch yourself!" or whatever else you want (not a great range tbh). If Flail only last 7 or 8 seconds you don't even need a cancel stance.
It just seems kind of pointless to devote so much of your bar to your IAS (An IMS isn't needed in most PvE and adrenaline gain can be better produced from other sources).
You could run:
[[email protected]][[email protected]][Agonizing [email protected]][[email protected]][optional slot][optional slot][conjure [email protected]][res sig]
Add in [Watch [email protected]] and [fgj] and you can do pretty much the same job but with great adrnaline gain and party support.
Thats just and example you can put whatever you like into those 2 slots.
This is just the way I play, you can play how you like.

[frenzy] as the cancel stance for [flail] ??.... might work but could also get you dead very fast
